We took the boys (actually we took Charlie and Woody) to Southern Lights at the Horse Park. It was fun to hear Will talk about the lights as we drove through. The highlight of the trip was definitely the Thomas Train exhibit! Will would have watched Thomas go around the track for a long time. Charlie wanted to jump out of his stroller and grab the train.
The boys love to play together on their Mickey plane. Will always rides and Charlie walks behind. They do this almost every day!
I took the boys to see Santa. Will only wanted to talk to him from across the room, so only Charlie is in the picture this year. Charlie only tolerated Santa if I standing right in front of him talking to him.
After we saw Santa we played at our local bookstore for over an hour! They have train table, a block table, a doll house, and other various toys for the kids. Will was very interested in a wrapped $99 medieval castle. Thankfully he never managed to open it because Santa is finished with his shopping.
Will loves to "help" wrap presents. Here he has wrapped up himself. Will also likes to go in and look at the tree and the gifts underneath. He is very interested in who is getting what gift. For a few days he was very into Uncle Sam's gift because it is in the biggest box and has a Santa sticker on in. When we wrapped Aunt Rah's (Sam's fiance) gift he was sure to remind me that we also have a gift for Uncle Sam. Then yesterday we wrapped Granddad's gift and put it under the tree. He keeps bringing me the gift saying we need to give it to Granddad. Last night he put the gift in a large empty box, then climbed in himself and asked me to close the box. I think he decided he should mail himself and the gift to Granddad right away!
