We went to the doctor today and we have a plan for the final week of the pregnancy. Since my due date is this Saturday the plan is to have the baby one way or another in the next week. I am going back on Monday for an ultrasound to make sure the baby is still healthy and happy in my uterus. If everything looks good, I am scheduled to be induced next Thursday morning.
So for now the plan is to have a nice relaxing weekend, work a few days next week, and then have the baby!
Wow, I'm surprised they scheduled you for an induction so quickly. The WHO doesn't even recommend inductions till after 42 weeks. Hopefully you don't need it, I've heard they are quite unpleasant.
