Charlie's Baptism

We baptized Charlie this Sunday at our church.  John and I had no idea what to expect from both boys since we typically drop them both off at the nursery on the way into the service.  Thankfully with the help of some snacks (Charlie) and a pencil and notepad (Will), the boys were relatively quiet until the baptism.  The boys were both very interested in the water our minister poured in the baptismal font.  Charlie event got to touch it because he was so curious!  The ceremony went smoothly and we whisked the boys off to the nursery right after.  The service was longer than usual and Charlie was cranky when John picked the boys up after service.  Thankfully, a power nap on the way home and a bottle dramatically improved his mood.  We had most of the family over for lunch after church.  Here are some photos.  I think we got everyone who attended in at least one picture.

Amazingly we got both boys looking nice and had time to take a few pictures before church!

The Pollom crew after church... Charlie was tired and hungry.  Not a good combination.
