We had lots of fun celebrating Halloween this week. On Halloween Will dressed up as a dog. We decided to attempt trick-or-treating for the first time this year. As we headed out the door, Will bolted to our neighbor's backyard. After going down the slide a few times I convinced him to head to their front door. When the neighbors opened the door, Will ran right into their house and straight into their family room, sat down, and started playing with their toys (my neighbor has watched him a couple of times so he knew where everything was). We visited with them for a little bit before heading back out to attempt some more trick-or-treating.
Will wasn't too interested in going up to other houses. He was mainly interested in running here, there and everywhere! He probably would have run all over the neighborhood if he had let him. Our other neighbors were sitting outside with their little dog who Will talks to through the fence, so he also wanted to hang out in their yard for a while.
After we had gone up and down our street, we headed home and let Will have a little candy. He then had fun playing while we waited for trick-or-treaters. Of course when we answered the door he wanted to run out into the yard. So we did lots of quickly passing out candy and then chasing down Will. Baxter also loves Halloween, so it was an extra challenge to keep both Will and Baxter from running out to join the fun every time the door bell rang.

Friday night Will dressed up again for our MOMS Club Fall Party. He had a great time running around with all the other kids then. I was thankful this party was in an enclosed room so I didn't have to chase right after him every second!
