Will participated in two Eggs Hunts over Easter weekend, with limited success. My mom hid some eggs around her yard for him, but he was way too distracted by the yard itself- STICKS! DOGS! TREES! CABIN!. We gathered up most of the eggs and then he had fun playing with them in my parents' new fire pit on the deck.
On Sunday morning Will participated in his second egg hunt at my parents' church. Will was already outside when they started hiding the eggs since he had been playing in the church yard since the sermon started. Before the hunt officially started Will moved some eggs from one hiding place to another. Then he decided hunting for sticks was more fun. Once all the kids started looking for eggs he had fun running around and even picked up a few himself (although he put most of them back down on the ground).
