On Wednesday Will and I made a quick trip to Indiana to visit my family and check out the Super Bowl festivities in Indianapolis. The weather was nice so we were able to walk the mile from my sister's place to the Super Bowl village. The village was crowded with lots of people and kids in strollers. Will didn't want to be held and he didn't want to sit in his stroller. He wanted to wander around in the crowds by himself. Thankfully they had a turf field set up in a street where he could run around. He thought this was the best thing ever. He chased after big kids who were playing football, flirted with ladies sitting in the bleachers, and charmed a girl into giving him her balloon animal. Eventually we got tired of chasing him around and forced him back into the stroller. Thankfully once we got out of the crowds and he had a better view he quit protesting. We headed to dinner at Buca di Beppo where Will ate a banana, two clementines, a cheese stick, apple slices, cucumber slices, fried mozzarella, chicken Parmesan, baked ziti, bread, and chocolate ice cream. Apparently all that running around had made him hungry enough to eat for almost two hours straight. After dinner we headed back to Amy's to check out her new 3-D TV while Will put on his own show (mostly involving walking around with remotes) in front of the TV.
