Most mornings Will wakes up between 7am and 8am. We come downstairs and then I feed him. After he eats he usually enjoys his activity mat for 20 minutes or so. This gives me time to eat breakfast, check email, and let the dog (who cannot remember it's 10 degrees outside) in and out 100 times.
