Last week was full of Easter fun! On Wednesday Sarah and Claire came for a visit and we took the kids to see the Easter bunny. Will loved the Easter bunny this year. He was excited to see him, talked to him, and gave him a high five. Will also loved the real bunny. Of course he wanted to pick the bunny up and give him a big hug!
Thursday night Nana and Pops came with dinner and Easter treats for the boys. Will must have realized he had plenty of candy at home because at our MOMS Club party on Friday he picked up one egg and then ditched the egg hunt in favor of playing on the playground.
Saturday we traveled to Indiana to visit with my family. Charlie got to meet my Aunt Kathy and Uncle Dave for the first time. All three of my grandparents also had dinner with the boys Saturday night since my mom's parents had also made the trip up from Kentucky.
Sunday morning the Easter bunny left baskets for the boys and eggs for Will to hunt. In true Will form, he would find about two eggs, eat the candy inside, then get bored and move on. I think he started and stopped his egg hunt at least three times.
Here are a few pictures from Easter Sunday:
